Modify Disposal Rates

Modify Disposal Ticket Rates is available to modify the unbilled disposal and billing rates by specified parameters for a group of disposal tickets. Modified Disposal Ticket Rates will be reflected on the unbilled Disposal Ticket and all modified rates will be logged on the Logged Activities Report. Also see Related Topics.

Modify Disposal Ticket Rates

Navigate To: Disposal>Modify Disposal Ticket Rates

Select Start and End Dates.
Select all or specified Customers from the drop down.
Select all or specified Facility from the drop down.
Select all or specified Material from the drop down.
Select all or specified UOM from the drop down.
Select Billing Rate or Disposal Cost.
Enter New Rate.
Click Proceed.

Review Rates

Unbilled disposal tickets based on the parameters selected will populate the Disposal Tickets To Be Modified grid.

Review the Old Rate and New Rate.
Review the Old Total and New Total.
Click Apply to proceed or Cancel to close and re-enter parameters.
Updated ticket count message will be sent. Click Ok.

Disposal Ticket

Recall the unbilled Disposal Ticket to view the updated Disposal or Billing Rate and Total.

Logged Activities Report

Navigate To: Report>Report Center>System>Logged Activities

Select Start and End Date.
Select Log Type: Modify Disposal Rates.
Choose All or Select Customers.
Click Refresh.

Grid will populate with disposal ticket rates modified for the dates and customers in the parameters.

Select Output to generate Logged Activities Report.
